      There is no any single pros.

      Cons

      • They just ruined my level of experience in my career. • Company owners don't have technical knowledge. So you will get screwed to explain the scenario. • Fake commitments. Fake rules. • Their rules are dynamically change by people. 😂 • Everytime you will come to know about new rules when you go single in cabin. • Company owners are just looser. They just make new ideas that how to cut money from your deposit. • You have to submit your day report to them at the end of the day. So you have to stand in queue and it takes minimum 45 min. • They insulted one girl at our time in front of many developers, I think boss has missing of common sense.

      You are the king of the your own thoughts as they don’t have any technical knowledge

      Cons

      Salary date is 10 but you will get salary on 15. You need to report your daily progress after working hours and for that you need to stand in queue for around 30 minutes then after you can leave. As they don’t have technical knowledge you will never learn something new and they will guid you on wrong way.
