      Pros

      I’ve been at White Pine for a year and a half, and the team has done nothing but make me feel truly welcome. After spending 13 years at my previous facility, I never thought I’d want to work anywhere else. Times change and the future is never guaranteed, but I can honestly say I can see myself here for the long term.

      It’s memory care. Full stress all day. But it’s worth it if these are your people
