No additional out of the box benefits like healt insurance. No PTO but they’re very flexible with stuff and personal time

As the headline says I dont really need to involve myself with the company, initiatives, culture or anything else, I can simply do my job and get paid, none of that ‘we are family’ bs.

Cons

If the project ends they and they don’t manage to find a new one for you within a month it’s bye bye for you
