Work is really interesting and varied in terms of industries and types of projects Close knit team particularly at the analyst level which makes coming to work enjoyable Great opportunities to develop and learn - small company means you can ask to take on additional repsonsibility and lead on things you wouldn't get to in a larger business Training and support - training is pretty much tailored to you. After the training programme when you first join you can ask for specific trainings to develop skills in the areas you are most interested in
Cons
Pay could be better but it's nice to have a decent work life balance which isn't something you often get in consulting
