Pros

Whitecap Canada has some of the most talented and gifted professionals I have ever worked with in the software service industry. The corporate culture is very evident with flexible hours, great work environment , strong ethics and attainable goals. The SMT team is also very transparent and shares with everyone the health of the business and rewards employees with profit sharing.

Cons

No feedback. The best employer I've ever had.
