Pros

Very smart people, strong exposure to senior clients, and significantly more responsibility than you would typically get at the same level in larger firms. The company has grown quite rapidly over a relatively short period, with some organizational adjustments happening after institutional investors joined. The shift toward AI-enabled advisory is genuine and is already influencing the way projects are delivered. Leadership is ambitious and generally transparent about the company’s direction and long-term vision.

Cons

There are still some growing pains when it comes to role clarity and internal processes. Internal communication can sometimes be improved, especially across teams. Workload can also become quite intense during peak delivery periods
