Where to start? I can bet an arm and a leg that every one of these positive reviews are fake. I worked at Whitezip for over a year and still know many people that work there. I can tell you this, NO ONE has anything positive to say about this company. They USE their employees. You're controlled when to take lunch and smoke break. You're told to intentionally break the laws and if it has consequences, you're held responsible not your superiors. Want to take a holiday? Forget about it. You have to save your holiday till the last two months of the year when you're forced to waste it taking random days here and there. Pay is way below average. It's a problem if you're even 2 min late. You're always told that you NEED to be at your desk, computer ready by 9. Want to leave 1 min early? HAH, not happening! You're controlled like children in school, told to keep quiet almost every day. This would all be understandable if the job role required it but it does not. False promises are given out like free candy on Halloween. The company is run by greedy liars who intentionally use people. Highest turnover rate I have ever come across in my life. Most people, when leaving are offered jobs that pay +10k, cause that's how under-payed you are.
