Pros

I was given a great opportunity to utilize my technical experience with lubricants, asphalts, and coating. Knowledgeable individuals that offered mentorship. Employees and Co-workers were friendly and created a great place to work. Opportunities were often presented and new ideas were appreciated by management. I felt my work was accepted and my ideas made a difference.

Cons

This is a small company and many hats were needed to handle situations. Big ideas and plans were constantly projected into regular workflow.

Pros

Had some really nice people to work with. Close to home. Good benefits.

Cons

Upper management has no clue what some dept do and what it takes to do it. HR and upper management take the managers side even if you have been there a long time and they haven't. Your doing the work of 4 to 5 people with crummy pay and long hours. They let a lot of good people leave that know the business and have a good repore with the customers and salesman. The stress levels were out of this world. Gained so much weight working there. (Stress will kill you) You fill out questinares and nothing ever changes. Training is very sparse.
