Pros

I'm relatively new to Whitworths and have felt very welcomed by everyone. Training is excellent, with different courses being offered. There is a real 'can-do' attitude, which is great. I can see opportunities for progression also, which is encouraging. Delicious products too :)

Cons

Some people are very set in their ways, however management seem committed to supporting a new culture of change.

Pros

A small-medium sized business where you can make a real impact. Family owned, agile and operating in the right space - natural healthy eating / snacking Good can-do entreprenurial attitude and some really strong brand innovations hitting the market, plus Whitworths Shots are performing well and storming in the market.

Cons

You will need to be comfortable with change - there is a big change management programme in place to move the business forward.
