      Terrible company, young management, stay away

      - Free dinner + lunch - Nice office - Good compensation

      Cons

      - No diversity. Mostly all white males - Expected to work nights and weekends - Very immature leadership and unstable environment with high churn - They advertise an environment of feedback but many employees have been fired with no feedback or warnings after good perf reviews

      Toxic work culture Mainly young men working here Fraternity like culture Horrible hiring process Looks for non sales folks but interviews about sales related experiences? Founders will run this company down the drain. They got lucky with investors. Another company will come and leave them in the dust. Investors will lose their money. Most of their customers are involved with shady businesses. Lots of their top sellers/partners with Whop are running shady services. Most of these sellers and their customers will not be happy. Don’t believe the paid articles/content about this company and the founders. Don’t work here unless you’re a risk taker.

      - Literally, no managers in a company. People need to learn how to lead a team to any meaningful results. - Micromanagement - Totally incompetent and pushy top management - Shady business - CTO and CEO fire devs without explanations, lying to the others about bad perf reviews.
