      Pros

      - Colleagues are very easy to work with, super collaborative both within the marketing teams and with other departments. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help each other. - Leadership team truly encourage learning and development, including shadow sales calls or visit local customers, and give timely feedback. High expectations on work quality but that's how people can grow. - Good work life balance with manageable workload. Never got asked to travel or work overtime.

      Cons

      Manager could do a better job on sharing a big picture on where the marketing is heading to and make a longer term plan.

      Pros

      I joined the company during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has been nearly two years now. I have been thoroughly enjoying my time at Whova. Our customers love our products, and I can clearly see the positive impact of our work. The senior engineers and managers have dedicated time to mentor me, not only in terms of technical skills but also in developing my professional skills. It's a fantastic place to work and build a career.

      The team upholds very high standards, which may not be suitable for those seeking an easy job.

      Pros

      Very collaborative team and super helpful colleagues. I like that my voice is heard and I have the flexibility to contribute product ideas. The company offers learning credits for individual development.

      Cons

      The number of features increased a lot in the past year, it is challenging to keep my knowledge up to date.
