Pros

The benefits the company offers are great. They really do care about their staff. The marketing team works together, and works hard. Everyone is generally happy to be here.

Cons

We have noise from the other floor which can be distracting.

Pros

The company pivot to focus exclusively on the dropshipping market is paying off and they are growing fast. Owner is responsive when you show interest in learning and finding ways to improve the company. It is a pleasure to find an owner you can relate to and be a part of something taking wings.

Cons

Recent hire. None. Since they’re growing they have many balls to juggle so as long as you are appreciative of being a part of an enterprise that is evolving rapidly you’ll be able to find your niche. Probably not for someone who wants a sedate environment and who is not willing to apply themselves.

Look, if you come to work and actually work. It's a good place to grow. If you come here to play around, don't take it seriously, you'll get the same in return. What I've learned here is you get what you give.

Cons

Everyone wants to complain about something, but you get flexible PTO, paid lunch breaks, health insurance and so many other benefits.
