      The opposite is true as well and as a business owner it’s been difficult to manage

      Pros

      - Progressive in terms of training, growth, and future opportunities. - Never have been denied additional training, courses, or anything to advance a career. Management is always open to talk about the future. - Benefits for work/life balance are great; just need to let them know your desires, and work together to get there. - Good employees are rewarded.

      Cons

      - Must be able to multi-task, and willing to take on multiple duties/roles in this size of a company. - Re-tool the health benefits package.

      Everything you’ve read negatively about the CEO is true. His responses on here to employees who are speaking the truth about his management style and how he is always correct and everyone else is the problem speaks for itself. Do not work here. Personally watched him make fun of disabled people, make inappropriate sexual jokes to female employees, and share completely inappropriate information to staff. If anyone can make it longer than 3 months at this company, it is more shocking than not.

      Wow! 1 star on everything...really?! Just completed employee reviews and average was 8.5/10. This site is becoming increasingly difficult for a small business owner like myself to take seriously. I did start this company from scratch in 2009 and it wasn't built on from what you read here. Nameless people that may or may not even be staff can say whatever they want here and slander you. Anyone reading this can please call me direct; look in my eyes and figure it out for yourself. Getting bullied is never fun and make no mistakes this is exactly what this is.
