Pros

Good benefits. Good Compensation. HDHP which seems to be the norm but there's an HSA contribution that makes it pretty good. Very talented staff. Engineering heavy with a lot of advanced degrees. New Exec additions will be beneficial with someone who can finally sell the product which has been missing for years.

Cons

Lack of processes, leadership and accountability. Core values are preached but not adhered to. Work life balance is non existent. The employees are overworked and that's the expectation. A comment was made "if you're the type to want to tend to your tomatoes, then this isn't the right place for you" which means forget about having a family or interests outside of work. Bad habit of moving under performing people into different roles that also don't fit their skill set. Including a founder who's job title and description has changed too many times due to immaturity and lack of leadership skills. The culture is generally that of disgruntled employees. They are overworked and not listened to. There are too many meetings so the efficiency of the organization is low and there's too much wasted time and money in excessive and redundant meetings. Leadership knows it's an issue and does nothing to change it. Certain customer facing leaders lack the professionalism and grasp of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Too many internal and external communications have been sent as word salad which comes across as unprofessional and uneducated. Lack of accountability, while this is another core value, it only applies to staff when it comes to reviews and performance increases. Objectives are unobtainable and yet the objectives for the executive team are constantly being missed, changed and eliminated to fit some arbitrary goal. Bad behavior is consistently tolerated. Gossiping, Rumors, Harassment, bullying and abusive language has led to an uncomfortable and at times hostile work environment. The stress level is through the roof due to the extreme workload and problem riddled products, which is exacerbated by some in leadership and I have personally seen people in tears due to it. Lack of trust and respect in the leadership. Too many people in leadership positions are not respected or trusted because employees get thrown under the bus because leadership can't take personal responsibility in the failure of their departments. Customers are not listened to, years go by without issues or requests being fulfilled. Too many reorganizations, processes have to constantly be revised, roles changed and it creates gaps in accountability and frustration for the staff. Also drives IT crazy trying to keep up with permissions and access rights.

Pros

I like my team and co-workers. It's an innovative and a one of a kind product.

Cons

I really don't even know where to start...the biggest issue by far is the human resources department. I have never ever seen or experienced a more unethical HR department and the sad part about it is upper management has known about these issues and have pretty much turned their heads the other way. Employees are quitting left and right and no one seems to care. You can't go to HR for anything because if you do your issues are pretty much spread on the front page news. They preach "right person right seat" here, yet they don't follow that what so ever. If they truly felt that way they would have done something about human resources, along with a few other managers. It's terrible to be in an environment where a majority of the employees literally dread coming to work because the culture and morale are at an all time low. Employees talk amongst each other because if you voice your opinions or concerns they are usually dismissed or you are told "we are looking into it."

Pros

Lots of friendly people who want to do a good job and believe in the product and the mission of the company.

Cons

Ever since the late release of a new product, the company has been in chaos with significant turnover of seasoned employees. Everyone is overwhelmed and is too busy responding to management changes to support each other. Expect to have the world asked of you, but to have no support from anyone to do your job.
