The whole place has a "family first" feel, which is hard to find. WiCell has great benefits, a flexible schedule, and fun people to work with. I like being part of an organization that makes a difference to its customers, it makes me enjoy work more. Management really tries to empower people and implement suggestions.
Cons
It's a small organization and the business is growing, so there are fluctuations in workload and responsibilities as a result; you could call it "wearing multiple hats". I like this though since I gain experience in areas I would not have otherwise.
