Pros

Small plate of fruits is offered to employees in morning, 4days in a week. Colleagues are the best support system for each other in this titanic startup.

Cons

Founders involved in every small decisions. Like school restrictions. Salaries delayed maximum time. Employees are treated like they are founders personal servants and they can treat them however they want. Founders thinks their employees are not extraordinary as they are but every employee there is far better professional and human then them. CEO works like admin instead of executive officer for the company.

employees can have a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.(only, If management allows employees to work)

Nonexistent Work-Life Balance: The organization offers no work-life balance. Extreme Micro-Management: Employees are expected to blindly follow the orders of the CEO and management, often feeling like mere puppets within the organization. Poor Management and Policies: The CEO or co-founder may call you at any time, even at midnight, and you are expected to be available. Toxic Culture: The company operates like a "Lala Company," where stepping away from your desk for just 5-10 minutes can lead to being called into the office to explain your absence. Strict Enforcement of Rules: If an employee questions the company's rules or policies, management is prepared to terminate them without any discussion or warning. Atmosphere of Fear: The management creates a constant fear of termination, which hinders employees from performing at their best, even when they are motivated to work hard.
