good start for fresher but be ready to loose your salary because bullet mehta is enjoying him life only on employee notice period salary.

this company will not grow if management will do like this.

No pros. You will earn only frustration.

Poor management. They don't pay you. Only do work free of cost. First 3 4 months bullet mehta will pay you later he starts giving excuses, that Mumbai office employee does not do anything. How should I pay salary. But the fact is he doesn't have projects in hand. Then he won't pay salary. He will give you warning letter that performance is poor. When you resign, he will say fnf hoga after 45 days jo ki hota nhi. To guy's dont join this company and spoil your career.
