      Great company to work at!

      Pros

      You learn a lot very quickly. It's a fast-paced work environment. Everyone is always happy to help and very welcoming! Great company if you love working with different teams. The management is very open to your needs and your work expectations. They always make sure you feel well and can keep up with your goals. There is an amazing company culture: we often go out together and do team building activities.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's tricky to work with people in different countries and time zones but we make it work!

      Lacking Transparency.

      Pros

      Stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages, weekly lunches, happy hours.

      Cons

      Limited transparency which made it a shock that the company laid off half of the employee base during covid. Then, to close out 2020, the CEO posted a celebratory message on LinkedIn boasting about a successful year and that "it's all about the people." As you can imagine, this felt a bit tone deaf and brings us back to transparency and lack there of.

      Pros

      Wibbitz touts a family-like culture, which mostly means after hour extracurriculars you're expected to attend.

      Cons

      The executive "leadership" team has a whole lot to learn about leadership and individual performance management. The words "transparency" were thrown around an awful lot, which proved to be anything but true. Unfortunately many of the reviews here are skewed so the company can position itself for employer branding.
