Pros
Moderate size company with some good employees left. Good brands.
Cons
Ownership is terrible. Both micromanage the managers and they don’t know how to run a business and won’t left the managers do their job. The business is failing and the owners won’t admit it. The employee turn over is high and the managers are all quitting. A lot of the employees left are over paid and do their job bare minimum to keep a job or are close to retirement and are just holding out for a couple more years. Equipment sales, parts and service are all declining.
