The CEO, HR, and Management doesn't bother about how you are doing your work or about your performance, they are more bothered about whether you are using WhatsApp, Facebook, news or anything(not related to work) in office hours. The salary structure is of the 1980s era and the increment is almost null. They will promise you many things during the recruitment process as well as during your employment but not a single promise is fulfilled. If you are saying yes to everything that CEO has to say and keep appreciating him without any reason then only according to them you are doing lots of work. I want to assure you that I am neither lying nor exaggerating anything here. The sole decision lies with CEO only. HR and manager are just there because every IT company has an HR and manager. They are even lying about the employee strength, they have never crossed the number of 25 and they are writing everywhere 51-200. The company never spends a penny on employees, for eg. the budget per person during one of the product launch was 25-30 Rs. They are even lying about the office in the USA, they might have registered there but only one person(CEO’s friend) is there and he is doing as per his wish( Dream of being sent to the USA during employment crashed :D ). The employees in this company will leave immediately if they get an offer from another company because the company is doing nothing to retain them. They have unrealistic expectations and they do unrealistic comparisons.
