Ultimately, upper management was to blame for what happened to this company. 2 website rebrands that look worse that what I made & bringing in new backend systems which simply did not function. They did not test them enough & after ~10months, I hear they still don't work.
Pay was shocking. Bonuses & benefits sucked. No room for progression unless you were a yes man.
But what irritated me the most, the people who got kept on during the administration process. A few managers who were... awful to say the least (slagging off employees & suppliers behind their back for example), but they were in the inner circle, so that's fine. While good people lost their job who deserved to stay on.
