Pros

I been working here since past 5 months, and I feel the learning opportunities are good, people are fun to work with and the best part is there is no stress (unlike my last company, where there was too much pressure of deadlines). The focus is generally on quality of development, which is good for developers profile as well. Most importantly, food is good!

Cons

Although work culture is flexible, but we have to work on Saturdays sometimes. I didn't mind too much, but that's one downside.

Pros

Awesome projects to work on, cool new techs to learn from. Although working hours are a bit extra sometimes, but the culture is chill and there is no stress as such. Pantry is always full and lots of outings. All in all, fun place to work!

Cons

None as such, except that sometime work hours are a bit more.

I learned a lot in terms of how to approach and tackle new problems while working with Kushagra. He is no doubt a genius, and working with him was a pleasure.

Cons

At the time, there was no scope of growth.
