The people are cool. Well most of them. Other than that this company is horrible. Management is just running it into the ground.

Cons

Equipment is crap. Never in compliance with dot or Osha. The mechanic isn't even a real mechanic. He doesn't care if your break lights work. As long as the truck can move he calls it Good.

Adapt or fail. There is an old school mentality that will kill their funeral service educational institutions.

Despite all of the cons, faculty was pleasant to work with.

Cons

Wilbert and its subsidiaries is selling snake oil in the form of Funeral Service Education. Toxic environment that is forcing faculty and administration put lipstick on a pig, all while demanding 24/7 communication and ignoring communication channels.
