A wonderful environment that's focused on success

As the Wilbur Labs CTO, I'm first and foremost thankful for the environment that the founders have created. I'm surrounded by smart, talented people with strong sensibilities who support and challenge me. It's a wonderful place to be. Despite being part of the team for less than a year, I have facilitated the launch of two new businesses that are already on track for success. Both products have been fantastic lessons in entrepreneurship and resourcefulness. I was able to use my skills and experience to set up the businesses for success while simultaneously learning how Wilbur Labs is able to repeatedly build profitable businesses that customers love. It's great to see how Wilbur Labs is committed to engineer happiness. Best practices are encouraged and top-of-the-line equipment is provided without hesitation. And the benefits are top-notch, too.
Cons
As the Wilbur Labs businesses grow and expand, the team can sometimes experience growing pains in organization and communication. Fortunately, this is a common theme among startups, and the management team is doing a great job of addressing it.
