      Good Values and opportunities within. Descent pay with benefits comparable to other companies.

      A lot of changes and contradictions from upper management.

      Take the good with the bad

      Pros

      Plenty of room for advancement, great team members and good benefits. Great communication with my dm and team.

      Cons

      Long hours often with no help. High turn over rate due to strict company rules. Strict budgets no consistent paperwork regimen I have been told 3 different ways to do my morning paperwork. Company is in the mist of adopting Hess Express rules and infrastructure which can be a little confusing.
