Pros

Nice office, weekly catered meals. An occasional dog to cheer the place up (much needed respite). Awful part of town, unless you like shopping for cologne and discounted wigs on your way to and from work.

Cons

Recently merged with older company, so things are still rough around the edges. Low pay, low gratification, understaffed, long hours. Everyone is underpaid except for the editors and senior management, and everybody knows it. Cramped and limited bathrooms for mostly-male staff.

Pros

Working at Wildchild was wonderful! The office atmosphere is great and everyone really works together as a team. The people were friendly and will help you with anything you need. There are some great and talented editors and directors there and it was a pleasure to work with them. Production was on top of every job. Clients and staff seemed very energetic and happy. Highly recommend working at Wildchild.

Cons

Sometimes, because of the jobs there can be long hours
