      Disorganized, terrible management

      Pros

      It might be ok if you work in France, but the other campuses are a joke.

      Cons

      No communication or planning from management, if I need help from someone in France they never respond to me. The salary is very low. Most concerning is that my managers have displayed racist behavior, attempting to avoid getting students from certain parts of the world.

      executive management is useless and make strategic changed only to justify their salary

      The team Spirit in WCS is great! People is always willing to help and you can be heard when you have ideas and want to implement them. There's flexibility and is really a nice place to work

      Global overview is very focus in the French Campuses and the salaries could be better
