Pros

Food Discounts, Bowling Discounts, Free Waterpark Admission, Cheap Pool, Discounts on Go-Carts and Mini Golf, the leading company in the Reno/Sparks area for hiring young employees.

Cons

Breaking is inconsistent and sometimes hard to come by. Lack of opportunity for career growth, pay scale is not competitive, management can be hard to please, lack of insurance or retirement plans.
