Pros

The people were usually great to work with, although the store was under staffed and they would often hire anyone who walked through the door. Fun customers, generally fun job.

Cons

Very late nights/long doubles (often 10am-12am, occasionally longer). Poor management, extreme bullying/harassment by staff members goes unpunished. No one to roll silverware so you get very behind when everyone is in the weeds and you run out.

Benefits right away. Fair pay.

High turnover due to lack of management training and poor communication from corporate. They would roll out a new seasonal menu with barely a weeks notice and no time to train or order supplies.
