Also, they are a little too obsessed with their company thinking they are the best in all fields therefore lack of respect to employees. What's more? The internal management is a mess : low efficiency, messy database, mismatches for roles and tasks that burden entire workflow for the company, no overtime compensation, even though they insisted that in contract they follow Chinese Labor Law, but sadly no. Flexible working hours indicates no record for working time making it hard for employees to trace and protect their own labor rights.
