If for some reason you displease them, they won't hestitate to breach contract and withhold pay and commissions. Be prepared for unrealistic sales expectations and incompetent headquarters staff, especially on copy desk and in accounting. While the pay structure may seem appealing, remember that commission is totally dependent on what country you get sent to, and managment may simply decide not to pay you commissions if you leave the company. Due to the company's unusual operations structure, with an official registration in Dubai, main office in Turkey, and contract employees working in countries around the world, it is extremely difficult to take legal action against Wildcat Publishing should they refuse to honor their contractual obligations. If you decide to work at this company, make the most of the networking opportunities it offers, but don't expect to make much money or stay for more than a year, or two at most.
