“I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive or professional workplace. Leadership here is poor and lacks direction. Training is minimal, leaving new employees to figure things out on their own with little to no guidance. The work environment feels toxic, with management showing no real care or appreciation for employees. Supervisors frequently speak to employees in a condescending tone, making it an uncomfortable place to work. On top of that, HR offers no support, making it impossible to address any concerns or resolve issues. The high turnover here speaks volumes—most people don’t stick around long because they’re so unhappy. Overall, it’s a negative, unproductive atmosphere where employees feel undervalued and ignored.”
