      I’ve never met a group of such committed environmentalists passionately innovating and working to restore ecosystems!

      Hard to think of many. It’s a fast-paced growing company with a great work ethic, which might not be for everyone.

      The owners genuinely care about environment.

      Cons

      Favoritism, bullying by one of the supervisors, owner and other management turn blind eye because the supervisor is/was valuable in other areas, even though supervisor lacked honesty, integrity, genuine compassion, people skills, management, professionalism and tact. In addition she drove many employees out of the company including her manager.
