      Weekly pay instead of biweekly, benefits, pto

      Cons

      Your paycheck will be wrong, management is completely unqualified, unethical hiring practices, unreasonable expectations, unprofessional environment, lack of accountability, etc. I could write a novel in this box. There is a reason the turnover is so high and I would advise anyone looking for employment to apply literally anywhere else.

      People in need of services, helped them receive care

      Always short staffed, inexperienced nurse are not able to handle the cases, benefits are expensive, only care about Medicare patients, micro management....RUN from this company at all cost!!!!!!!

      There’s no pros in working for this company.

      Bi weekly pay and they don’t even at you, whatever company is doing the at is horrible and should be fired immediately!!!! Didn’t even get paid for my orientation let alone travel time back and forth to finish their on going orientation and references is a long process too.
