      Friendly colleagues, understanding work culture - it feels like they genuinely care, and invest in resources and systems

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic at times. Poor staff benefits, Low prospect of progression in some teams. Un-diverse business

      Steady culture, strong digital division

      Pros

      hybrid working, reasonable benefits, some great products, employees well-being is good, very good digital team, steady business, some very talented people

      Cons

      Not very progressive in some areas, not enough investment for growth, aside from hybrid working, needs to modernize flexible working. Quite backward in this area. Not very diverse.
