      Great dealership

      Pros

      Established, reputable dealership that puts the customer first and does their best to stay away from negative car business stereotypes. Most of the brands they offer are unique to Des Moines, with no like-named stores nearby which drives more traffic.

      Cons

      As with all dealerships, there is turnover at all levels which means consistent management and team reshuffling.
