Benefits were pretty good. Health insurance was decent. Schedule was pretty much set in stone. Patients made the job very enjoyable.

Cons

PCC was a nightmare!!! Played favorites, turned blind eye to happenings on unit (nurses copying others notes, lacking patient care, harm to patients). If you don't fit the "mold" then you will more than likely have problems. Very clique-ish. More concerned about cliques than actual patient care.

Pros

The only pro is the education classes that are provided and paid for by Willis Knighton. I was required to take First Aid and CPR which must be renewed often, but many of the optional classes are valuable tools for a resume (ie: DOT Drug Screen Technician, Evidential Breath Testing, EKG)

Cons

Elrod!!! which translates to the lowest paid salaries without being illegal. It is not hard to see why most of his employees suffer from burn out and carry out their duties with lackluster enthusiasm.
