Most employees at the property level are awesome and deserve much better.

Cons

So many to list: Micromanaged to the fullest extent The owner has no idea how to treat his employees with respect. He shows no trust or respect for anyone. Communication with the corporate office is horrible. You are not allowed to do anything at property level and have to wait for corporate to approve anything. This process can take a long time cause nobody responds to phone calls or emails. Therefore the employees at the property are screamed at by residents and subsequently blamed for poor reviews. Company policies change with no notice. No HR department. Probably because there is a lot of shady stuff happening behind the scenes.
