Team works together, tech is fun.
Cons
Terrible owner who doesn't care or do anything for employees/culture. Sales are minimal at best. Clients are difficult and demanding (many of them are small, too). Workload in support and projects is very high and management won't do anything about it. Lack of expertise and continuity on the support staff.
