Where do I start???? - bullying tactics by the board members - no work life balance for chiropractors - forced long workhours for self employed staff - no holiday pay for self employed staff - the CEO manipulates staff’s ways of thinking - chiropractors are set unrealistic patient targets so the CEO stays rich - if a chiropractor is not seeing over 100 patients a week, they are bullied and ridiculed - chiropractors are expected to pay for out of hours coaching from a board member! - the head office is overstaffed with people doing roles that are not needed. - new head office staff are brought in with no consultation with self employed chiropractors who are paying the labour costs - colleagues are scared to question anything or go against the harsh work load, it’s a very toxic culture
