Pros
Overall a great team. The CEO did what he believed was correct for the company and the team within the company. In house kitchen and lunch was provided. Very cool location within Menlo Park.
Cons
Sometimes not everyone was on the same page. Those with organizational knowledge were rarely tapped for information.

The company has great perks and programs. For someone right out of college, it is a great place to be. Leadership is open to feedback.
Cons
None really. Great office culture, flexible, open to creativity.
