      Pros

      Flat culture, the founding team is very approachable and supportive. Your ideas are respected. Friendly atmosphere, I can honestly say so far, we don’t have any egos. Creating something new. Things feel more like an adventure when you are building something new vs established. Realistic about their mission. The company understands it’s a business, but they can do real good while they build. Honest.

      Cons

      Busy Startup, although they don’t expect anyone to work crazy hours. You may work longer hours occasionally.
