      Pros

      The clients are for the most part awesome and why I stayed so long.

      Cons

      Lack of communication within all departments. Money focused management instead of client based. I've had to have clients in reflections detoxing hard because they missed group and got a med pass. There's also been clients denied job interviews due to missing group and the company not being paid. Being called or texted at 8:30pm to finish something.

      The pay is on par with other facilities

      Cons

      The management is incapable of holding clients to consequences. Other residents complain that clients break rules frequently and nothing happens. With drug addicts and alcoholics who get away with continuous rule breaking do not learn to suffer the consequences of their negative behavior
