      Good benefits, some people are great to work with

      Cons

      Micro manages everything. Supports staff that does not preform, punishes staff that does. Family owned company turned corporate, lots of corporate games and greed.

      Staff from Mexico are hard working and delightful to be around, very welcoming and kind and always enthusiastically ready to help.

      Cons

      Morale is troubled. Totally top down run company. Middle managers are wonderful people who try hard and navigate challenges with very limited authority and power to make decisions.
