Was given almost zero training.
Was heavily chastised for not knowing how to do anything mainly because I was given no training.
Was mocked and called names at which point I quit.
No internal structure.
Too much paper work.
Poor training. and when you make a mistake as the result of poor training, you're ridiculed. The culture is super toxic and the people live in their own world.
