Management is out of touch with employees and truly treats employees poorly.
Favorites are played and positions are given to friends and family members who lack the ability to do the jobs they are given.
This job to say the least was a waste of my time and resources. I was going to be working for a night shift position and upper management wanted me to learn everything in the day shift. This 100% made no sense to me. Also on the same topic, had a new person that has never trained anyone before in her life, train me which was just a waste. Sorry to say and a bunch of other annoying stuff that I had to.
