Pros

None! Stay away or your valuable time will be wasted!

Cons

They tell you are doing a great job and talk behind your back badly about you. Told me I was a full time employee.. Only got part time hours!! Sometimes I only worked one to two days a week.. They gave me my work time for the following day @ 11pm every night. So unorganized, unethical, impractical. They promise you the job of event coordinator but all you will be is a salesperson at a booth. Good luck trying to get promoted, that's why they have such a high turnover! They hire people, to work for them for about a month, then will fire you without a reasonable explanation. You will feel like you're apart of the team only to find out that you're expendable! Was promised a gas allowance, never received! Promised a phone allowance, never received! You will be in Costco/SAMs club selling low budget products to members. Good luck with that. My guess is that this company is failing rapidly and will go under very soon. Stay away! & build your career somewhere else worth your time. I didn't get my college degree to be told by someone "you don't have a future in sales" when I made sales everyday! Oh & by the way they make you take home laundry todo. Everything about this company is low class and unprofessional.

Everyone that works in the office is amazing, the people that are going through all this with you are what really make it doable

Cons

the company is failing at an alarming rate. there is an incredible amount of turnover, especially from the leaders from the previous office

Pros

It might be a good experience if you just graduated high school and want to try a different path but if you have a degree go find something better. They are dishonest. It's direct sales not marketing, selling not promoting (you have to hit an hourly sales average) and a booth at Costco is not a "marketing event." They sell people on the dream of becoming an executive director but fail to mention that it basically requires you to relocate and open up your own office after a year of working 12 hour days (incl weekends) making next to nothing all while chasing down shoppers in a Costco (you're not allowed to stay at the booth and have people come to you, you're expected to constantly go after people like 50 an hour. In training I felt like I was chasing after shoppers because they were FAR from the booth and walking away (think 3 aisles down and at the far end grocery shopping) and I was expected to speed walk to catch up saying "hey there! Or excuse me!" multiple times until I had an audience.

Cons

High turnover rate. I quit and was supposed to receive my paycheck within 3 days (California law) but it's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I have tried contacting them multiple times and still nothing.
