Negative attitude of employees and management. Drama drama drama. Used to be a great office many years ago but now there is no one who cares about the designers. Even the CEO left. Everything is geared towards the clients with no regard for designers schedule, personal commitments, etc. Designers are expected to just stay late and pick up the slack. With the new management if you speak up then you get fired. The clients are allowed to be inconsiderate and they get away with everything. NO BONUSES AND NO RAISES. STAY AWAY FROM LA.

the negative attitude of employees and management will drive you insane and eventually cause you to be one of those who reflect negatively. So much drama in these offices, you can't go a single day without someone freaking out about the simplest thing. At one point in time, it may have been a nice company to work for but with the leaving of so-called "executives" and poor management, it's gone downhill. it used to be a great office many years ago but now they are owned by a company in China and it has gone downhill and is still on the decline. Technology here is trash... hardly any of the computers work, most of them hardly run any of the cad programs we need. They never have "any money" in the budget to upgrade equipment. The hr onboarding process is poor, timesheets are still run on paper. NO RAISES. "NEVER HAVE A BUDGET TO PUT IN NEW TECHNOLOGIES" THEY WORK EVERYONE LONG HOURS AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY ON PROJECTS.
