Overall a decent place to work!

Pros

Great family environment, co-workers are great. Union benefits were a good perk. You could tell the owner truly appreciated those who worked for his company.

Cons

While our department wasn't AS bad, Leadership as a whole is very micro-managey makes for a pretty toxic environment at times. There isn't much room to grow.

- Now working more hours for less pay after Wilsons sold company and made 100s of Millions - Political and Micromangaged - Overworked - Low Pay - Bad ownership
