Pros
Great work environment, flexible hours where you can get a shift covered pretty much any time you need, and incredible earning potential for a college part-time job.
Cons
The store's systems need a lot of work and things can be fairly inefficient at times. It is in the process of growing and so things are imperfect, but it's a great store.
